Question 1 / 3At midday break there was little shade. Everyone was sweaty. Mert wanted to keep running. His teacher said "stop a bit, drink water." Mert asked: "Why is the weather like this?" "This is extreme heat. The body gets too hot. Running a long time in the sun is tiring." Mert felt dizzy. His teacher took him to the shade. "Stay in the shade and drink water. If you feel unwell, tell an adult." Mert wrote this in his mind: Very hot = shade + water. Rest, not 'toughing it out'.
