That is called inundation. Going down to look at the water is dangerous. We also don't stay in the basement." A teacher was clearing the low corridor. "Move to high ground right away. Even shallow-looking water can be dangerous." Can wrote this in his mind: Siren = go up. Don't stay by the creek.
